Policy Risk

Regulatory policies for crypto assets vary significantly around the world and are in a process of continuous evolution. bTENG and its related activities may be restricted, delayed or even suspended due to adjustments in laws and regulations in the countries or regions where it is located. For example, local regulators may impose higher compliance requirements on token issuance, mining activities, DAO governance, NFT verification or trading behavior, which may affect the pace of the project or the path of user participation. The project party undertakes to pay constant attention to compliance developments, promote the relevant registration and filing processes in accordance with the law, and issue compliance guidelines in due course, but it cannot completely avoid external uncertainties or technical security risks brought about by policy changes.
